The village of Roslea lies on the B36 between Monaghan and Lisnaskea in
Co. Fermanagh
and was the local centre for lace making, some of which can be seen at the Sheelin Lace
Museum
at Bellanaleck five miles from Enniskillen town. Roslea is served by shops, pubs, churches,
garage, chemist and schools.
On the Monaghan road is the Roslea Heritage Centre, here you will find a wealth of information
about the area and, if you are researching your family tree you will find Genealogy information
also. Enniskillen is around 40 minutes away with a castle, stately homes, shopping centres and marinas
for boating enthusiasts.
